Every Free Workout in Beachbody On Demand (2021)

Looking for some free workouts to try with Beachbody On Demand before committing to one of their memberships? Look no further! Here’s a list of every free workout and a link to try it today. Some of these workouts will prompt you to create an account but not to worry, it’s still free and no credit card required.

Job 1 | 20 minute sample workout

645 | 50 minute sample workout

Let’s Get Up | 36 minute sample workout

Let’s Get Up is a dance conditioning program focused on getting results through having fun. Not going to lie, I was very hesitant about this program. I thought it was going to be all hip hop dance (not my fave) and super cheesy. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that there are a variety of dance styles making it much more enjoyable from day to day. In addition to dancing, there are two strength workouts per week and each workout has an element of high intensity cardio.

9 Week Control Freak | 27 minute sample workout

Autumn Calabrese is back with a 9 week program to help you take total control of your body and mind. Workouts range from 18-30 minutes per day with a mix of strength, cardio, and rest.

30 Day Breakaway | 40 minute sample workout

30 Day Breakaway is Beachbody’s first running program which can be done either outside or on a treadmill. If you need a low impact option, an elliptical can work as well. Most days you will do a run and a strength workout for a huge calorie burn. There are also a few walking workouts. By the end of the 30 days, you’ll be able to run a 5k!

MBF and MBFA | 30 minute sample workouts

MBF stands for “muscle burns fat” and that’s exactly what this program does. For three weeks, you’ll follow heavy weightlifting and cardio workouts that are set to the beat of the music, so you know the intensity you’ll need to get the results you are looking for.

Shaun T’s Exclusive Workouts | 25-50 minutes

If you’re curious to try programs like T25, Transform20, or Insanity, these workouts combine moves from all of those programs. These are high intensity workouts that combine both cardio and strength training.

6 Weeks of the Work | 35 minute sample workout

Amoila Cesar’s first Beachbody program will challenge you to push your body to the next level with functional training. This is an advanced program that combines strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power, agility, and mobility. The full program workouts are 45-60 minutes long.

4 Weeks of the Prep | 30 minute sample workout

This program is intended to help you get prepared for 6 Weeks of the Work. The full program workouts are 30-40 minutes long.

Barre Blend | 33 minute sample workout

Barre Blend is Beachbody’s first barre program. This is a great program if you want to create a lean and toned body without heavy weights. Workouts are 30-40 minutes per day. This program is also suitable for all fitness levels with high intensity and low impact modifications.

10 Rounds boxing & strength | 40 minute sample workout

If you love boxing but also want to build strength, this is the perfect program for you! Boxing is an awesome workout for cardio and core strength. This program is unique in that it also adds two heavy resistance workouts per week (one upper body and one lower body).

Morning Meltdown 100 | 32 minute sample workout

If you get bored doing the same workouts over and over, you will love the challenge of Morning Meltdown 100 created by trainer Jericho McMatthews. Workouts range from 20-30 minutes per day and rotate between cardio, MMA, HIIT, core, strength, and flexibility/mobility. This style of program keeps your body constantly improving and prevents plateaus.

21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix Extreme | 25 minute sample workouts

If you liked 21 Day Fix when it first launched on DVD, you will love the simplicity of these workouts. They were re-shot to be in real-time meaning you never repeat a workout in 21 days. Each workout is 30 minutes and combines cardio, strength, core, pilates, and yoga to give you a total body workout.

Transform 20 | 20 minute sample workout

This is the program for busy people! It’s also the shortest per day workout Beachbody offers thanks to Shaun T. No equipment required other than a step which you can get at Target, Walmart, etc. You can do this program without a step if you’re traveling or don’t feel comfortable using one. I was worried about hurting an ankle or something using a step but even an uncoordinated individual like me can still rock the step.

LIIFT4 | 30 minute sample workout

Speaking of short workouts, LIIFT4 is the shortest weekly workout in the Beachbody On Demand library because it’s only four days per week. If you already have an active lifestyle or want something with lots of flexibility, this is the program for you. It combines heavy strength training with high intensity interval cardio, and of course, plenty of rest days to recover or do something else.

Clean Week | Free 7 Day Program

Clean Week is the only full program that is completely free from start to finish. It is intended to help beginners create a new healthy lifestyle and stick to it for one week. Don’t be fooled though, your legs will be shaking after strength day.

Mes de Mas | 14 minute sample workout

Mes de Mas is the first Beachbody program to be in Spanish.
